If there is a separate provision regarding health examination in the agreement between the Government of Nepal and a destination country, according to this regulation, for the purpose of health examination of workers going to the destination country for employment only, to choose from among the health institutions listed in the Ministry. It is not considered that the existing arrangement has hindered.
